Our Core Business focuses on Designing, Engineering, Mold Manufacturing, and Finishing of complex, precision parts for a vast variety of industries. Our engineers work in close collaboration with your designers, engineers, scientists, and manufacturing staff to create complex, sophisticated designs not possible with other traditional alloys and materials. Liquidmetal has 2~3 times the strength of titanium and stainless steel and are processed similar to plastics on our proprietary Liquidmetal molding machines.

Elegant Design and Development Process

Our design and engineering process is very similar to developing plastics. We review your part designs in 3D CAD for feasibility and requirements. Since Liquidmetal is processed and solidified in a vitreous or amorphous state (frozen liquid), our solidification shrinkage rate is minimized to approximately 0.2%. Our extremely low shrinkage rate enables us to manufacture molds to exacting tolerances and we can achieve repeatable molded features within 0.002" (0.05mm).
